Your routine, in three steps.
1. Prepare your fit
Connect the strap at the attachment points shown in the manual. Adjust the length, fit the cups against the skin and connect the original adapter.
2. Start gently
Power on and follow the manual to begin. Start with the lowest setting, then choose your suction rhythm, EMS pattern and light mode.
3. Use, then release
Stay comfortably seated. When finished, press the power key and let the pressure release before removing the cups. Clean the device after use.
Always release before removing. Switching off at the device allows the vacuum to release. Unplugging first can leave the cups attached.

Is SQ141 designed for breast enhancement?
Yes. SQ141 is designed for breast enhancement care, combining vacuum massage, EMS microcurrent and LED light in a wearable breast-care device. A permanent increase in breast volume or cup size has not been established for SQ141.
What do the 16 and 8 vacuum levels mean?
They adjust how long the suction and release phases last. They are timing controls, rather than 24 separate suction-strength settings. The SUC knob adjusts suction duration; the RLS knob adjusts release duration.
How long should a session last?
The supplied manual recommends starting at the lowest setting for about 30 minutes and limiting an individual session to no more than one hour. Stop sooner if you feel pain or irritation. Do not treat the duration limit as a target you must reach.
How do I remove the device?
Press the device’s power key to shut it down and allow the pressure to release before lifting the cups away. Do not simply unplug the adapter while suction is active.
Is it cordless?
It uses an external power adapter. The wearable strap supports hands-free use while you stay comfortably seated near a suitable outlet.
Does it fit every breast size?
The strap length is adjustable, but a verified cup-size or underbust range has not been supplied. If you are unsure about fit, contact us before ordering.
Which plug should I choose?
Choose US, EU, UK or AU to match your outlet. Plug shape alone does not confirm mains-voltage compatibility; check the supplied adapter’s input-voltage label before connecting it.
Is it a breast pump?
No. SQ141 is a breast-care massage device. It is not designed to express milk, and the manual excludes breastfeeding users.
Use with care.
- The manual excludes minors, breastfeeding users, people with pacemakers, and those with severe heart disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia or the psychiatric conditions it lists.
- If you are pregnant, have a breast condition or implants, or have had breast surgery, speak with your clinician before considering use. Do not assume a waiting period makes use suitable for you.
- Stop if you experience pain, bruising, persistent redness, swelling or unusual nipple discharge. Do not treat these symptoms as evidence that the device is working.
- Use the original adapter, check its input-voltage label and follow the supplied manual for setup and cleaning.
