What’s on the Pad
The contact side is dominated by the cooling plate — the flat metal surface that does the work — framed by two strips of LEDs and a ring of ventilation slots on either side.
Control is deliberately minimal. Along the front edge: the power switch, a time adjustment key, a digital time display, and a status indicator light. The power supply connects at the top.
Two handles are moulded into the body. They take the elastic straps, which is what makes the pad wearable rather than hand-held.
Two Things the Manual Asks You to Get Right
Keep both air inlets clear
The vents on either side of the pad are where heat leaves the system. Covering them — with clothing, a cushion, or your own arm — stops the plate from reaching its set temperature.
Everything in the Box
The pad, the two elastic straps and the adapter — nothing else is needed to run a session. The straps are simple hook-and-loop webbing, so they adjust to different body areas and different people without tools.
The body is finished in a matte silver-grey over a moulded ABS shell, with the model marking on the centre cap.
How to Use
Strap the pad onto the area you want to treat, with the cooling plate against the skin and both side vents left uncovered.
Plug in the power adapter. A short “di” tone sounds and the display shows “—” — the manual’s confirmation that power is normal.
When the timer ends, press the power key again to switch off — the display returns to “—” and the blue light goes out. Unplug the adapter after every session.
Check the skin after each session and stop immediately if it becomes uncomfortable, numb, or discoloured.
Safety Notes
Ventilation. The air inlets on both sides must stay clear while the pad is running. Blocking them affects the cooling performance and is the most common cause of a pad that will not hold its set temperature.
Electrical. Use only the supplied adapter. Do not use a damaged cable, do not unplug the unit while it is running, and never handle it with wet hands. Switch off and unplug after every session.
Care and storage. Wipe the plate and shell clean after use and let everything dry fully before storing. Keep the unit somewhere cool and dry, protect it from impact, and do not clean it with corrosive liquids.
