Beyond the waist and thighs
Make room for back care.
The Vacuum RF attachment also brings a body-massage step to suitable back areas. Have another person assist with hard-to-reach areas so the head can be guided steadily with good skin contact.
Keep clear of the spine and bony areas, and follow the handpiece-specific instructions for placement and suction settings.

Connect the chosen head securely with the unit switched off and unplugged before starting your routine.
Prepare your skin
Apply the contact medium specified for the selected attachment. Do not use the head on dry skin.
Choose your settings
Select the matching mode on the LCD. Check the time, RF energy and, for Vacuum RF, the suction adjustment before contact.
Move the head steadily
Maintain the contact and movement described in the instructions. Stop if you feel pain, excessive heat or irritation.
A timer default is not a recommended treatment duration. Use the instructions for your chosen head and body area; power off and unplug before changing heads or cleaning.

Can I use SQ16B on both the face and body?
Yes, with the correct attachment. Tripolar RF is the dedicated facial head. The 40K cavitation and Vacuum RF heads are for body use, not the face. Multipolar RF is the larger body skin-care head.
Do I need to use all four heads?
No. Choose the function that matches your cosmetic goal and the area you are working on. Each attachment has its own setup and operating guidance.
Can I include the back in my routine?
Body attachments can be used on suitable back areas as described in the instructions. Ask another person to assist with areas you cannot reach and guide comfortably. Avoid the spine and bony areas.
What does Vacuum RF add?
It adds adjustable suction to the RF function for a focused body-massage step. This fourth attachment is the main configuration difference between SQ16B and the three-head SQ16.
Which plug option should I choose?
All plug versions support universal 110–240V input. Choose US, EU, UK or AU to match your outlet.
How long should I use each attachment?
Use the head-specific operating instructions. The LCD timer's default setting is not a universal treatment recommendation for every area or attachment.
Who should not use the machine?
The manual excludes pregnant users, minors and users with certain implants or health conditions. Read its full contraindications before use. If you have a relevant condition or are uncertain about suitability, ask a qualified health professional.
