RYGB, MODE1 / MODE2 and temperature controls
In manual operation, the R, Y, G and B buttons cycle through low, medium and high brightness. MODE1 and MODE2 run automatic RYGB sequences for 24 and 35 minutes respectively, then shut off.
Temperature adjusts in 1°C increments and time in 5-minute increments. The manual lists an initial manual display of 50°C and 60 minutes. These are device defaults, not recommended skin temperature or session length.
The manual lists a maximum heater setting of 60°C. This is a heater value, not a measured skin temperature. Use only comfortable settings and stop if warmth feels excessive.

Three steps for a considered routine.
Prepare
Inspect the unit, place it securely on a dry, level surface and connect the supplied adapter to the rear power inlet. Keep vents clear.
Protect and set
Wear the supplied goggles. Choose manual operation or an automatic program; set light brightness, time and comfortable FIR warmth as directed in the manual.
Finish and put away
Stop the session, switch off and unplug. Let heated surfaces cool fully. Wipe with a soft cloth while keeping water out. Store in a dry place.

A few useful answers.
How is this model different?
SQ3 combines four dedicated LED colors with FIR heating in a rigid arch. The two SQ1 versions use folding frames: one has RGB combinations, while the other has red, blue and a dedicated infrared channel.
Does more warmth mean better results?
No. A higher heater setting is not evidence of better skincare results. The 60°C maximum refers to the heater, not a target skin temperature. Stop if warmth becomes uncomfortable.
Do I need eye protection?
Yes. Wear the supplied goggles for the entire session and never look directly into the LEDs. Closing your eyes alone is not a substitute for protection.
What does the warranty cover?
The manufacturer manual lists a one-year warranty for the main unit under its stated terms. Keep your purchase record and warranty information; misuse, unauthorized repair or modification and damage are excluded as described in the manual.
Use and care
Read the manual before use and wear the supplied eye protection throughout every session. Never stare into the LEDs or use closed eyes as a substitute for protection. Stay awake and present during use; automatic stopping does not make unattended use appropriate.
The manual lists heart disease, high blood pressure, mental health conditions, infectious skin disease and skin inflammation as contraindications. Do not use if any apply, or if an operator advises against use.
Keep the unit dry, level and well ventilated, away from direct sunlight, other heat sources and flammable materials. Do not cover the device with cloth. Use only the supplied power adapter; do not use a damaged plug or loose outlet. Switch off and unplug before cleaning or storage. Stop use and unplug if water enters the unit or if it produces smoke, unusual sounds or a burning smell. Do not dismantle or modify it.
