A 40KHz Cavitation Head You Can Hold in One Hand
The SQ146 packs a 40KHz ultrasonic cavitation head and a 6-color LED light ring into a single handheld unit — no console, no trolley, just a compact device and its power adapter. It is designed for body care on the waist, abdomen, arms and legs, at home or on the go.
Four buttons run everything: power, ultrasound level, ultrasound mode (continuous or intermittent) and LED color. A built-in timer ends each session at 10 minutes, and an internal sensor pauses the device if it ever runs too warm.
Six Colors, One Button
Tap the LED key to cycle through six light colors — red, blue, green, purple, yellow and cyan. The ring sits flush around the ultrasound head, so light reaches the same area the head is working on.
Using the light is optional — the manual notes it can be switched on alongside a session or left off entirely.
A Warming, Massage-Like Feel
In use, the head delivers a warm, massage-like contact — the kind of session you move slowly across the waist, arms or legs with gel applied. The manual asks for one simple habit: always start at the lowest intensity and build up gradually as you get used to it.

How to Use
- First use (or after long storage): run frequency tracking — connect power, then long-press the power key and mode key together for 3 seconds until the level indicator flashes; press the mode key and the six LEDs flash in turn, then stop when tracking completes.
- Clean the area with a warm towel, then apply gel evenly. The manual forbids use on dry skin.
- Connect the adapter, press the power key, then set ultrasound level and mode (continuous or intermittent). Start at the lowest level. LED color is optional.
- Keep the head fully on the skin and moving — do not stay on one spot, and avoid bones, eyes and the thyroid area.
- The device switches off automatically at 10 minutes. After an hour of total work, let it cool for at least 10 minutes.
- Quick self-check from the manual: drip a little water on the head while running — a fine mist means the ultrasound is working normally.
